I would like to know how effective are 5a reductase inhibitors like finasteride & dutasteride in preventing hair loss? Also, what other treatment solutions could help deal with male pattern baldness.

I don’t like them for personal reasons. I really don’t get MPB too bad so I’m lucky in that regard.

I use nizoral and rogaine shampoo... does the trick for me.
