How far will just testosterone bring you?

Far enough for most all average AAS users’ goals if they committed to food, training, and recovery over using more drugs.
That’s the approach I’m taking. I might even let the orals slide. I might sneak in anadrol or a anavar although the pumps can be annoying. I was thinking of 500-600mg of test and just seeing how it goes.
 
How many of this same type of threads can you guys bake? Enough is enough. Search the damn forum before creating same threads.

 
Test is the beez knees. It can take you a long way. I see so many beginners jump on massive cycles or run massive amounts of test. This causes more side effects obviously. Stay clean run 250 a week and see all the gains you need without the sides. Everyone reacts differently to different compounds. But no need to start off blasting 500 plus test per week.
 
I've personally gained quite well on test, strength and body comp has been changing constantly still. I've done 500mg of test and it was great to me, I got some acne issues but it's minor. I've only added masteron to my cycle, test alone is what changed me the most by far.
 
My first cycle was 500mg test E for 12 weeks. I gained about 15 pounds, and had to shop for specialty jeans for the first time because the regular brands were like wearing bell bottom leggings. It was the first time i could make calf gains and they looked great. My buddy was the same. Most people gain great on 500mg test for a first cycle.

IMO everyone should start at 500 and add more the next cycle. What if you hop on a big stack, have bad sides, and have no idea what's coming from what. This convo is stupid to be telling people who have obviously never cycled.

Correct. Know what more gear added to shit diet, training, and recovery does? Adds temporary mass in water and bloat and increases risk.

Theres a reason safe use and harm reduction are a trending theme. Because what *most* people are after with gear is achievable with FAR fewer mg if they were willing to work.

The other guy is citing my dosages as justification as if I’m not a fucking professional bodybuilder with a different goal and risk profile to consider (nevermind that these types are almost always using more than me to look terrible). The general AAS using population would be far better served learning to do more with less.

Now if your question is “is test only safer?” then I’d say no. I’d rather have a guy on say 500 test, 300 mast, 200 NPP than 1 gram of test. But “just test” at reasonable dosages can do tons of work for you.

You mentioned this before. I’m just curious in asking but what makes you assume smaller dosages of other drugs would be safer than running 1g of test with a little ai? Testosterone being the only aas that our body naturally produces would it not make sense that it would be safest overall? I’m reaching here. I tried npp before at 300mg and I couldn’t sleep on the stuff and it raised my bp by a bit.

Can you just rinse and repeat the 500mg test cycle and continue making gains from there?

Absolutely. As long as you keep eating and training for your next goal, 9/10 times you will progress. There is a point where 500mg test by itself will stop making a big difference but I’m sure almost none of us have hit that point unless they’re seriously pursuing a professional bodybuilding career.

People progress for many years even while natty. IME the thing that was stalling me wasn’t the lack of drugs, it was the fact that I wasn’t continuing to increase my programs for my newer goals. It’s probably the most simple concept ever but a lot of us still manage to screw it up.

“if you want to get bigger, eat more” - whether you’re on TRT or 5G of test, you’re not going to grow if you’re in a calorie deficit every day.
 
If you're not competing test is all you need. Sustainable gains that will lead to you mogging most gym goers

solid training, diet, and a test dose with minimal sides if any is all you need

sure you can blast tren, or deca, but test will get you there too. just takes a little longer and bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint

I added other things in for cycles after that. I'm sure i could have continued to make gains and PRs though on the same.

I’ve ran it a few times before. My thought is, because I hate running other stuff due to weird side effects I’d rather just stick with testosterone and AI due to the fact that the side effects aren’t that bad compared to tren and deca. Both fucked my mood and sleep up after 2 weeks and I just binned that shit. EQ no idea what was in that stuff but I got anxiety off it, heart was racing all the time. Being a roided up mofo is great but the sides from some of these drugs just isn’t worth it for me.
