How has your body changed during Covid?

So almost everyone i know has saw a impact on their bodies, since the gym has closed. I lost some good mass. Others gained weight. How much has it impacted your bodies?

But cruising on gear was a great choice, cause cycling was doing shit while this covid was going on. That just shows you how much gear plays a part in getting bigger, as diet and work ethic was really the main factor.

I started resorting to biking up huge hills for a legs workout, cause nothing was hitting legs as good as a deadlift or squat.

I was just starting to lift heavy again after shoulder surgery last August. I had already gained a lot of fat, maybe 20lbs, and I was finally back in a routine that was slowly burning it off. The lockdown disrupted that routine, and I returned to my natural slothful state. Now I'm 30lbs overweight. Can't figure out why exactly. I have more time these days; more time and less motivation.

There's a fair number of people in my neighborhood who became avid runners during the lockdown. A couple of women I see almost every morning started out so comically overweight I felt sorry for them trying to lose it with cardio.

Now neither of them look overweight at all, and one of them is ripped. A lot of men have had similar success, but of course it's the women I noticed. I guess I should have hung out with them instead of the sloths in my family!

I just finished up a gram of test blast doing a semi dirty bulk to gain strength. Gained a little bodyfat, but my bench went from 407x1 to 440x1, so totally worth it. Bodyweight went from 211lbs pre blast to 224lbs at the end and has settled back to 215ish currently.
Dude you can see where my chest is fucked on one side. Still can press over 3 plates without ever having surgery. Pretty cool, I guess. 440 is amazing bro. All time PR?

Did you tear your pec? Once you get up there that strength seems to stick around pretty well.

Yeah, 440lbs is an all time PR. Went for 455lbs after and missed it. Old PR was 407lbs from a comp last year.

I built a home setup over the last 2 years so I didnt miss a beat. The covid did scare me off my recent cycle after only 6 weeks but it was a test proof only cycle so it wasnt that big of a deal ai cow I got pretty much what I was expecting from it by week 6.

Lost a bit of size all over but managing to stick at 108kg. I've done a lot of running in prep for the incoming rugby season so managed to stay lean. Been lucky to have decent kit here but limited in weights, so pretty keen to get into heavy sessions again.

first i gained 7lbs of the 14lb i lost.
then i got weights and now im down 10lbs doing a blast so scale is the same but leaning out and gaining muscle back.

That's really good considering Covid bro...
