How has your body changed during Covid?

Went 200 to 180, after doc stopped my trt therapy for at least 3 months, I can feel it. I'm back up to 192, but it feels good now. Eating much better. Diet went to excess,resulting in a high A1c, like 9.5,so has to rule out if trt was responsible. Then back on. I so want to keep going, gonna play with prop. Or just take a break, then do it anyway. Diet, Exercise, cures all.
 
Went from 171lb to 185lb running my first cycle during covid. Overall really successful and mind blowing results. Just saw people I haven’t seen in months yesterday and got a lot of holly shits.

Bench is smooth at 255lb max so far. Prior I was struggling to break 225. My goal was to hit 225 and I smashed that banging that out for reps now comfortably with good form.

deadlifting 405lb for reps, prior could never break 315. Hit my goal, felt like I could have gone more but didn’t want to risk injury.

going to be running 5th set programming soon to hit some new PRs up to a mock meet.
