Guys i know people in jail do nothing but lift wieghts but how the hell can try grow as big as they do without the proper food and supplement. My friend was in jail for 18 months, he was really overwieght 5"11 295lbs. In 18 month he came home a monster, in just 18 months he lost over 100lbs. I mean he was ripped the hell up, I asked him what the hell happened and he told me " 10 sets of 10 is what happened" I was like "damn talk about overtraining". I asked him to explain and what he said was " lets take chest I do 10 sets of 10 on incline flat and decline twice per week per body part. I didnt believe him so last week i hit the gym with him and i couldnt believe what i was seeing he was hitting 275lbs on incline, decline and flat. Now to top it off he said that he wasnt any where near the other guys in the joint. Some one please help me understand how the hell can some one grow off overtraining like that please.
