How long does it take for DSIP to desensitize?

I haven't found any study telling me how long it takes for DSIP to desensitize!

I took it for about 3 months strait, I could tell it was starting to work less. Came off for a month and got back on, and it’s working again

What dosage you take ?
I try 100mcg to 600mcg without and effect
