How long does it take for winny to kick in.

You'll notice the diuretic effect within the first few days. As a generalized consensus on performance benefits I'd say 5-7 days tops

Actually started yesterday [emoji12] I know my diet is going to be a little off for the next 5 days but I have an event 8/25 and wanted to make sure it's in my system long enough. I'll post something official soon. Oh 5mg 2x/day

Now that you're training for strength, when are you going to try Anadrol?:)

I'd be interested (as would others as well) in seeing your results with that compound now that you've acquired a fair bit of experience with such a variety of other compounds. I think Anadrol would be a good choice for your goals. Something to consider in the future, perhaps.

[ @Millard Baker, if you get a chance, would you please fix the auto link so it capitalizes brand names. The default is currently set to change all spellings to lower case. Brand names are capitalized, generics are not. It's a minor annoyance but surely we can use all the literacy we can get here. Thanks]

She's still in her vein "all about the look" stage... but if my memory serves me right... she may have dabbled a touch with adrol. Hehehe... But an official cycle of it will be soon enough. [emoji6]

Sounds like one of two issues...

One, if it was a ugl and the filler didn't agree with her

Or two,
She didn't consume enough protein and not enough water intake. Those are two easy ways to get rid of that pain and seems as the number one reason what caused it.

There's alot of stuff she can't eat especially gluten, so I believe it could be the filler used also.
