How long should i wait between DNP cycles

Hi, i used dnp for a week, the crystalised version (with 200 of dnp in the caps).
day 1 200mg
day 2 200mg
day 3 200mg
day 4 400 mg
day 5 400 mg
day 6 400 mg
day 7 400 mg
day 8 400 mg

How long should i wait till i start a next dnp cycle?

It depends how long you want to wait, I would say at least a week to clear it and then it is up to you.

Okay thanks, so it's safe to start again after a week. That's all i needed to know.

You could have also stayed on longer without coming off. I have ran it up to 28 days and I believe there are some on here who have ran it longer.

I got that, but i realy felt fucked up after those 8 days.
Maybe because i caught a cold.

So next cycle will be a day shorter and only 2 days on 400mg the rest 200mg.

becareful with dnp..if your getting sick during it..stop and let your body rest...give it one more week and try at the lower dose...then dont do one again for awhile....
