How long should I wait in between cycles

Hey guys I’m finishing up my first ever cycle and I’m wanting some advice on how long I should wait in between cycles. Is there a rule of thumb or anything like that? Thanks in advance for any advice. Much appreciated

Rule of thumb. Stay off for at least as long as you were on and check bloods. Bloodwork will show you were you are at. Make sure everything is OK.

Time off =time on plus pct is the general rule.
