I've been away from training for about a year now....I fought in Toughman and screwed my rotator cuff to hell. So, I had the perfect excuse to watch TV and get fat. I've only gained about 10-15 lbs, over the year, but definitely got severely out of shape.
I was doing well on bench (400 x 2 @ 285) (Good for me, anyways), and now, I feel like I'm straining with 225 on the bar
I've only been back at it for a week, and I'm mainly concentrating on cardio. I don't mind being a fatass.......i just want to be a strong one again.
How long does it usually take to get "comfortable" again?
