How many cycles is the same dose effective for?

Hey guys, I am Currently on my second cycle, 600mg test and 10 dbol. My last cycle was 500 test only. My question is how many cycles can I do with the same dosage of test until it becomes not as effective as it once was. I know eventually your body gets use to it so mabey every cycle counts to get the most out of it but when would you say it’s definitely time to add something else or up dose?
 
If the scales keep going up then you don’t need more juice. Track your food, take measurements of what you’re focusing on and watch your weight. It’s all trial and error. My first cycle was 500, second was 600 And I grew fine on both.

How long would you be able to scale up for or continuously doing the same cycle before it will be significantly less effective tho? Or is there a point where test is test it’ll make you grow no matter how your receptors are just depends on your blood levels

I’m certainly not smart enough to answer that.

But i don’t for one second believe people like Bunstead when he says he just uses a TRT value. I get that he’s trying to discourage people using it flamboyantly to be like him. But the scales will stop after X amount of the same cycles. And you will probably need more.

But when I say ‘more’, something to keep in mind. Let’s say trenbolone for example, to the best of my knowledge the dosage for cattle is 0.07mg per kg of weight. Not that I am encouraging use of trenbolone, I don’t think anyone should use it. But the smaller the increments you make, probably the better it will be for you in the long run. We’re all doing this irresponsible thing, just try do it responsibly. Cause we wont look good when we die from an early heart attack.

You could try things like a therapeutic dose of nandrolone. I hear equipoise is relatively better (but still not good) for us. Or you could look into HGH is Money is t too much of a
Concern.

As said, I’m not overly smart. and as far as Steroids go, we don’t really have much research to go by. But the obvious is there; really really big people die very very young. Really big size is associated, in most cases, with large gear use. So less gear, is probably a longer life.
 
I think the food is more indicative of potential growth than this dose vs that dose

Ie: you could be on 1g test but If you're not eating enough you won't grow

I'm still able to grow quite well on 500-750 test assuming the calories are there

Now obviously if you're some 300lb sub 10% Mass monster you'll probably need higher dosages to not only maintain, but grow more. It's hard to say where that line is of "well I'm eating in an actual calorie surplus but no longer growing because my dose of "X" isn't high enough"

A good idea would be to post a picture up of your physique and let people here who are more or less pros to decide what you need. I’m sure they would have a good idea just based on previous experiences. I run just test and a little bit of mast and that’s all I ever want to run. I have a life to live I don’t want to be dealing with weird side effects.

They don’t ever mention what they took to achieve that size in the first place. You need way less gear to maintain vs grow to that size. But I also think they’re lying about what they take.

Also, Cbums sister got arrested for bringing a fuck ton of steroids into the USA. It was like 6+ compounds or something crazy that no woman would be using. So either his sister is running more gear than him, or he’s lying and that gear was his and he’s doing a lot more than TRT

Not too sure but I hate Greg Doucette too. He’s a drama queen. He can’t make any good content so every video he makes is beef and drama. Dude is a 5’5 female diva. But he’s another guy who claims you only need 150mg to get huge and make great gains. And he’s always pushing bullshit products like turkestoerone

Everyone lies about gear. Some more so than others. Everyone who makes money off their physique has every reason to lie and milk as much as possible. And absolutely no reason to give the 100% truth.

Because of that, burden of proof is on them for natty status and doses. And let me tell you, absolutely zero of any of the big time influencers have definitively shown they are 100% legit in what they claim.

Im not an expert or anything but guy I know in real life ran like 3 grams of gear, including 3ccs of tren e a week and still kinda looked like shit. He had the classic tren look, but I’ve ran a fraction of that and I’m bigger than him. So thanks to him I realised just blasting a shit ton of gear is not the answer.

P.S when he came off he looked like a dyel.
 
If you can maintain mass on 200mg per week, then you can get gains from 600mg per week many times over. Its about putting yourself in a state of nitrogen retention and protein synthesis.

Food will be the deciding factor of results, as usual.
