How many days a week do you guys train on cycle?

Either 6 or 7 days/week if my body will tolerate it. I try to hit a muscle group every 48 hours. With that said, I run tren in every cycle and always bulk so my recovery capacity is probably higher than average.I typically start running into joint pain mid-cycle and have to tone down the volume appropriately. My wrists and shoulders are always the first to give in and my elbows and knees typically aren't too far behind.

I injured my left shoulder about 6 years ago when I first started training and it's never been 100% since. I re-injured it during both my first and second cycle, on my last cycle I kept extremely short rest periods during chest exercises, etc. in order to train to failure with minimal weight and luckily was able to make it through the cycle injury-free.

For someone running a mild cutting cycle(test-only, test stacked with an oral, etc.) something more along the lines of every 72 hours or so would probably be more appropriate. Just my two pennies.

I train the same whether I'm ON/OFF.
Depends on my workout but I recently switched from a M,Tu,Th,F heavy powerlifting program with Wed Plyo day to 6x week high volume weightroom routine and more iso work. I look better, but I'm not moving the chains at the same rate. I'm a firm believer in listening to your body, no point in getting that 6th day in if I haven't recovered or am not able to go 110%

Mon/Wed/Fri

Squat/Bench/Deadlift

Shrugs on squat day, seated shoulder press after deadlifts, a little incline work on Weds. if i feel like i need it.

Powerlifting type setup, no reps over 7ish on the main lifts.

Chest, arms, legs, off, back, shoulders. Then whatever body part is lagging I re train at the end of the week every other week. My week of training starts Sundays.

the same on or off cycle, i just throw arms and shoulders in twice ON cycle

M - Legs
T - Chest
W - Back
TH - Cardio + Abs
F - Shoulders
Sat - Arms
Sun - Rest

I always have trained 6 days on or off cycle starting Monday's ending Saturday ,Sunday's my rest day. Recently I've started riding a mtn.bike on the weekends for cardio usually 20 miles each morning. Getting older I figure I need some cardio good for the heart.

Four times a week, two a day.

Metcon in mornings. Strength in early evening.

One day active-rest like 4hour surf session.

Two day rest-rest.

Volume and intensity based upon whether on or off season and/or gear.

I train the same 6 days when I blast or cruise. The only thing that differs is I dial down my volume when cruising, but increase the intensity. I don't need any f-kn injuries again.

I usually do 7 days a week, with a rest day as needed or when something comes up. I feel thrown off taking a full rest day. I try to mix up my frequency, volume, & rep range every couple of weeks.

So I might do chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/traps, legs, chest, back/traps, shoulders, arms, legs, and then maybe a rest day so I can mix the order up.

On a chest only day I will up the volume compared to the chest/tri day. I like mixing it up, keeping my body from adapting.
