How many days a week do you guys train on cycle?

I normally train three different ways, and I've just added a fourth recently that I am trying to master. Training is either 5 or 6 days a week, depending on which method I chose.

My traditional cut/reshape for weight classes (for boxing) was done using HIT or HIIT, and depending on the goal could either be 5 or 6 days a week. Weights on M/W/F, endurance on T/Thr/S. If I was doing really advanced HIIT, 5 days a week training was all my coach would allow, too much stress on the tendons and knees to do 6 days.

The other two ways I regularly use are either a 3 day split or a 2 day split of volume training. Most commonly since I am older now, I tend to stick with the 3 day split. I save the 2 day splits for my crazy cycles, because my recovery time is that of a baby and I can handle it.

I just recently picked up a 7 day split and I am trying that out for the next 4 months to see if modern training is as good as Arnold's/Weider's training methods.

4 on cycle ,2-3 off cycle. Not much more needed for me and thats through trial and error with what works for me.Off cycle i like to do heavy fullbody training with the basics. On cycle its high volume and bodypart splits.

I would love to train 3x a week, but I get no gains at that rate! I'm one of the ones, who really has to punish his body for hours for it to grow. Good thing I love being in the gym!

Recently switched to something new in regards to training but has been 3x a week in the past and will be 3x a week for the most part now. I'm toying with the idea of a 4th day for prowler work, sled pulls, tire flips, etc and possibly some weights to hit problematic areas or weak points in my lifts.

Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull/Legs/Off
Same here, but I prefer Legs/Push/Pull instead of Push/Pull/Legs. On this setup, I put my heavy squats/deadlifts on the first legs day so I'm the freshest I can be after the rest day. I've also done legs/pull/push/legs/pull/push which also works out nicely. The biggest issue with this kind of split is overuse issues with the shoulder joint. For this reason I rarely ever to direct shoulder pressing work. Maybe throw in some side laterals & face pulls, but that's about it

When I am serious about it, I train
every day.. every muscle.. well every exercise every day,
but I train light.. Slow and steady and then fast or as fast as possible
with control..
I make sure that muscle is gorged with blood when I am done.

I sometimes will do this 2X a day maybe 3-4 of those 7 days,
then I take a whole 1-2 days off.. sometimes 3 full days, depending
how burnt I feel my muscles are..
Pullups, Bicep Curls, Pushups, Standing Calf Raises..
Some days crunches, but the pushups I do.. how I do them,
burns the hell out of my abs..
I am throwing in Hyperextentions off the bed for my lower back.

This is how I get my best MMA / Athletic pussy soaking look..

When I trained heavy, I worked each muscle once a week,
with the Barbell Bench, Box Squat, and Rack Pulls..
This is how I got my strength and body weight up..
