How many of you get high blood pressure

i use arginine.....6g a day in 2 divided doses...arginine helps in the production of N O, which helps ur blood vessels to dilate...since i started using this, in conjunction with, garlic, mag, and dande. ive seen a huge difference...of course i use dex, but i still hold onto a lot of water...thank God i havent had the need to get on BP meds yet...give the arginine a try, it works wonders.....LP

Thats about normal for me. My pulse is also in the 54-57 range.

I will keep track of my BP while on to see if/how much it changes.

I have experienced scary heart issues after rebounding from shows. Here's a few things that have worked miracles for me:
Anti e's are a good start - a little nolva and/or some a-dex will keep you from bloating wildly.
Watch your sodium intake - ESPECIALLY high are prepackaged foods (cans of chili, hungry man microwave dinners, etc) and fast food restaurants. Keep your sodium levels in check and that will help.

Try those out, don't f^ck with your heart....good luck.

Man my blood pressure caused me all kinds of problems..

the worst it ever got was 200/136 .. I ended up in the e.r. It's a long story..but I was diagnosed with Left ventricular Hypertrophy, Chronic Premature Ventricular contractions.. this requires that I take medication to control both my bp and my PVC's.... it sucks.. but what you gonna do..

btw.. my Cardiologist says that garlic doesn't really work .. at best it may lower your bp a point or two.. Other than medication the best way to lower your bp is to lower your weight.. figure for every ten lbs you lose you'll drop about 5 points off the top and about 3 off the bottom... sorry but that's the truth..
