I feel bad for a guy who can't look down and see the action because his stomach is too big. Likewise for females.

Regardless, I've found girls find anything from a flat stomach/2 pac to like a 4 pac or not-too-over-the-top 6 pack to be ideal. Obviously highly depends on the girl though.

I currently have a 4/6 pack. It's alllmost a 6 pack, but not quite. My girl really doesn't care if I have a 2 pack, or an 8 pack. What matters is the overall physique shape. I also have the advantage of having very flattering body hair on my chest and chicks seem to dig it big time. My girl has even told me she wouldn't care if I gained a little weight, but I always just say no I'm good, I'll gain muscle weight though lol.

@1tank1 I had hernia surgery in early 2020. SO fucking glad I did. God damn that caused me so much pain. I got it from not breathing properly while deadlifting. Shit sucked so bad. I still do abs though. it was an umbilical hernia, so a less vulnerable spot than like an inguinal or other.

In the end, just get however many pacs both look good on you and ALSO are easy to maintain. You don't want to have to FIGHT tooth and nail every day to not eat an extra calorie lest your 8 pack turn into a 6 or 4 pack. Fuck that life.
