How much Arimidex

First of all, does adex mean arimidex?

Secondly and more importantly, how much should I take per day if I'm taking 30mg dbol/day (first month only), 500mg sus & 400 mg EQ per wk and should I take anything else with it?

Is the amount required, dose related and if so, what is the rule of thumb?

Cycle .5mg/ED through your PCT and have your nolva on hand.

.25mg ED works well, I would also throw in 10-20mgED of Nolva.

I am on a cycle of 400mg eq and 500mg t plus 250iu of hcg 3x per week. And arimidex at .25 mg eod. Just had my blood work done mid cycle and my E2 levels came back at less than 15 with 10-50 as the normal range. Cut the arimidex dose in half and still no sides. E does have some good uses in the body.

A real good rule of thumb is to use .25mg/day per 500mg of test. So 500mg/week of test you could run .25mg/day. If you are using 1000mg/week, you could run .50mg/day.

Currently, I am running 1000mg/week of Test Prop along with 60mg/day of Dbol. I am using .5 mg/day of ADex. I am getting great results and bloat is almost nonexistant.

i remember einstein saying that you should run both arimidex and nolva throughout the cycle. can't really remember the dosages he recommended, but he knows his shit and i'd probably start with what he says and then adjust to what your body demands.

I think he recomended .5mg adex with 10mg novla.
