Hi I got my bloodwork done and my
Oestradiol was 248 pmol/L (68pg/ml).

I have arimidex on hand I pin my test into 3x MWF. How much arimidex should I take?

Why do you think you need an AI? Are you experiencing symptoms of high e2? If not don't touch the AI. If experiencing symptoms lower the testosterone dose. Still don't touch the AI

And I always recommend aromasin over arimidex anyway. Superior in multiple ways

If you're going to do it start low, crashing E2 is no fun. I do .5mg twice weekly when I must. I much prefer running mast/eq/primo over taking an AI though
