how much cardio you dudes doin?

3-4 Miles.
Usually at the nature preserve on trails.
some days I do 60/30's or 60/120's various sprint routines.

Also do a lot of hill work up a steep dirt hill for explosiveness.

Sometimes I do weighted runs. You go 3 miles holding 10lb dumbbells the whole time, never put them down. Do various exercises while walking.....

Doing a 12k ruck tomorrow with an altitude mask lol.

I ship out for military in August so I've been more focused on this type of training.
 
Had to force some weight off first though lol. I got down to about 265. Still currently hovering there. Shin splints are brutal.
 
Cardio hmmm.....Isnt that like a pizza topping???? Lmfao Yeah I need some of that in my life. Lol cardio not pizza, well maybe just a slice;):D:p
Ok to add to this response with no jokes this time....me an moe have started going to the track an running bleachers. Last night was crazy. I havent ran bleachers since high school. It was really cool to do it side by side with the women of my dreams ya know. Were going to start doing this Sunday-Thursday every week. Ill tell ya what guys lol....I had no idea how much weight you can sweat off in 1hr smh. Check this shit out, I left the house last night weighing 180lbs an btly the time we got home I hopped back on the scale with sweat drenched clothes an it read 175....I was like holly fuckin shit. Did I really jus sweat off 5 fuckin pounds??? I didn't belive the scale so I watied for a few minutes an weighed again.....It said 175...Its amazing that a person can gain 5-8lbs in a day jus by eating an drinking fluids an vice versa. Idk, I was always one to say fuck cardio but last night was actually fun. Being able to be side by side with my girl an pushing each other almost to the puking point was actually very enjoyable an just to be completely honest with you all, I could use some fat loss in my life hahaha!!!!!
 
Lately my cardio has been heavier one week and light the next. It allows my body to not get as used to it and when I get back into it I respond better, So one week I may do 3x/wk at 30 min and the following week it's 5x/wk at 1 hour sessions. Works very well for me, during this time I've been deloading on the weights and trying to restore some adrenal function. I'm almost positive I was in adrenal fatigue from intense training and diet. I've since reverse dieted, backed off max weights and cut reps in half, but keeping in the cardio. I'm looking fuller from it and have gained muscle mass pretty quickly lately
 
I do 2 to 3 miles after every workout. I'll start out looking like the hulk and by the end my sole will be almost back to normal, than again I'm trying to just cut and have lean mass so I'm ok with that
 
In all seriousness, I last 20-30 minutes while having sex easily. And 80% of that time its rough as fk and I am usually drenched in sweat afterwards. So yeah that is my cardio. I have never done gym cardio, unless it was just a 5 minutes warm-up.
