How much could u bench when u first started?

95 pounds!! It was for 10 reps though and i was 14. It took me a while to get to 135 though, that was such a big goal of mine by the time i hit 16, lol.

I got started with a TRUE farmer's walk. I carried two 5 gallon buckets of feed as fast as I could, for 200 ft, whilst being chased by 30 angry 500lb. swine. The bench came later and I started with plastic plates that measured in Kg's. I can't remember the exact amount, but I know it was less than my own bodyweight at age 13. And I'm a guy who didn't hit puberty until about 22.

I started at 135 when I was 16, took me awhile to get up to more weight.
good song in ur sig there, unt0ld

my dad would always see how much i could bench when i was like 11 and up, when i started i could do probably like 100-120 when iwas 14, then when i got semi-serious, it was abotu 135, like late 16 or early 17, now im just turnin 18 and i can do 215. pretty good for a small guy, all natural in just a couple months of solid workouts

I think i was about 14 when i got stuck under 95lbs of those plastic weights. You know the ones with the concrete in them lol .. I had to roll the bar off of me.

i farted around with my buddies plastic weight set, honestly, I have no clue how much I lifted

After a few years of "working out" (2-3 "workouts" per month, every 2nd or 3rd month, :P ) I was at 185 x 2.

odd that I remember the 185 x 2.

When I was 14 years old at a bodyweight of 95 lbs, I benched 100 lbs. I have been consistently training since then (23 years) and at bodyweight of 200 lbs, my bench is 430.:)
