how much Dextrose??

i just ordered a couple bags of dextrose .. how much should i take with my post workout protein shake? i was thinkinng 80g ??

Sounds about right. Make sure you're adding whey protein with the dextrose...approx. 50g

alright i was reading the dextrose it says 4g in 1.25 teaspoons so i did the mat out that means im taking around 8 tablespoons? does that sound right? to get 80g dextrose 50g protein?
