i have ip super clen, i cut them up into 1/4 s but how much should i take in a day? to be effective

I've never done it. On one of the stickys it says to work up to one.........11

I started with 1/4 tab as well, then increased the dosage to around 1/4 tab in AM, 1/4 tab in afternoon, then 1/2 tab in AM, and 1/2 in afternonon. When dosage is like this I sweat very easily.. Just another wonderful IP Clen side-effect...
