How much letro Nolva or arimidex after?

on cycle 800mg of test 600mg of deca got some gyno lumps I want to demolish as Nolva ain't doing the trick very well so going for something stronger how much should I use and what can I use to stop a esto flair up after I stop it Nolva or arimdex thanks guys

Basically want to no how much letro to use etc for how long I have seen some people start small and go up to 2.5mg but then others that start at 2.5 and go down so I'm pretty confused then I seen after you stop letro your body floods with estro so what would be better to stop that arimidex or Nolva?

I've been on 600 test and 400 deca taking .5 eod of arimedex and was able to keep it all in check.. the amount you need could be higher .. just have to play around with it

Letro basically works by crashing your E2 so the breast tissue can't survive. It works, but it's not ideal because tanking your estrogen creates other problems. Ralox binds extremely strongly to the breast receptors (roughly 10x more strongly than Nolva), effectively creating hostile conditions for breast growth and causing tissue to shrink without crashing your overall E2.

In your honest opinion taking no notice to sides etc what would be more powerful to make the lumps smaller/gone letro or ralox?
