How much stage weight did you add?

What did you do?

I am curious how long it takes to add stage weight. Note I am not talking about that rebound weight right after a competition, but actual stage weight from one competition to the next. Would it take YOU a year to add ten pounds or more?

Please share as many details as you can about diet, hormone usage, and training, especially if you had specific areas to improve. I am extremely curious about the amount of time you took OFF of competing to make sure you added the extra muscle that you felt you needed when you returned to the stage.

If you want to see a crazy case of a lot of stage weight added in a year. Look at Ben Pollack. He was lifting for a long time and wasn't too big. Obviously not small, but not huge by any means. In one year he went from get off the stage, to actually looking like he belonged up there.

 
Big change for a year. I wish he was here to chime in and add details, but even if he was here he would not because he would not be doing so anonymously.

Look up Ryan Crowley on ig. Last year he was like 272 on stage and milos got him a shredded 305 at nationals this year. Kid is 23 and 6'3

He actually responds to just about anyone on instagram as long as you don't piss him off. He's open about PED use on his YouTube channel also. Has a series called, "unfuck your cycle"
