How much T3/T4 for replacement therapy?

I know, it would be best to get bloodwork multiple times and adjust your dosage accordingly until it’s perfect.

I don't really have access to blood work, I can maybe convince my doctor to test all thyroid values once per year. That's why I'm looking for a dosage that's likely going to be at the top of the reference range for fT3 and fT4.

After doing some research, I think 100mcg T4 and 25mcg T3 per day might be good numbers?

Depends.....are you taking something that could affect tyroid function?
Because....depending on what is în your system , you could be needing to adjunct just the T4 without touching the T3.....

100t4 to 25t3 ratio is not ideal...too much t3. It's a 5:1 ratio

Ideal would be beetwen 13:1 to 16:1 if you want to mitigate a health person ratio.

Not answerable given your problem setup. Don't do this.

Only Test, no HGH or Tren or anything. The problem is that my T3 pills contain 25mcg T3 and I don't know if it's evenly spread out that both halves would be 12.5mcg if I cut in half if you know what I mean.

It can definitely get worse. How do you know it's damaged? Based on prior bloodwork? You can end up creating a new problem or making the existing one worse by blindly approaching thyroid replacement. Order your own labs. Even then it's going to take some guesswork and trial/error to determine what is best for you, but temper your desperation to feel better a bit (trust me, I get it).
