How much taurine do I need to take with clen?

I found this on this thread: Clen/T-3 Stack and articles
It's helped me figure out what I should take with a clen/t3 cycle

"Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle cramps. It's a must with Clen. And also 1000mg of Potassium gluconate."

Use 5g of Taurine a day. I found that it really helped with muscle cramping. I also lost more BF on my second clen cycle where I used taurine. During my first cycle I cramped alot, but during my second cramps were very rare.

Thanks everybody. And thank you elmvb5. I would not have known about the K gluconate.

So...what does the potassium do for you?

Well I actually haven't taken clen yet, but hopefully should be getting some soon. I know, i'm a noob :o I've just done alot of research about it in preparation. Anyway, the K gluconate is another supplement to help with the cramps. It also plays an important part in maintaining blood pressure, regulating the body's pH, balancing water content, regulating the heart beat and aiding nerve cell impulses. Additionally potassium contributes to the conversion of food to energy and the growth of muscle cells. Hope it helps.
