How much taurine for alleviating painful pumps?

Lately I’ve been getting ridiculous lower back pumps. Now it’s also developed in my arms and shoulders. Today the pump was so bad I could barely hold my phone up to take a selfie. The lower back pumps are so bad that even day-to-day activities are difficult. I’ve read that taurine can help with this. If true, how much?

I would recommend 1000 mg per day.

Iv found my effective dose to be 5 grams pwo. But splitting up up throughout the day might be better for yout if your cramping from regular activity

I’ve been doing 3 grams per day and the lower back pumps seem to be subsiding. Lower back pumps are ridiculous, they can literally make life harder, and throw in the weight gain from bulking and it’s a wrap.

Wow, I didn’t try more than 2 grams, it seemed to be enough.
When I'm not running orals I can take a much lower dose but tbol wrecks my forearms and just kept going up untill untill I found a dose that mitigate them and it's dirt cheap so why not lol

6-8 grams per day back when I used clen and salbutamol. It did help, but also it's important to balance elecrolytes and don't get dehydrated. Unfortunately, even with taurine high enough dose of clen sometimes made me cramp up at night pretty bad. So yes it helps, but it's unlikely to eliminate cramps, but it's a must on clen/sal cycle.

Wouldn't it be more weird if everybody needed the same dosage? Different bodies, different metabolisms, different pharmacokinetics, different mineral corticoid levels, different drug exposure, etc. etc.
Looks reasonable, just a very big difference, but I want to understand. how effective it is, take a big difference.

When taking clen, cramps are a very common occurrence. By the way, as far as I know now, there is a problem with this drug all over the world, there is no good raw material from which to make it.
