How much time do you spend working out?

I know people who practically live at the gym but I'm sure several of you know that working out longer than an hour can cause your body to start producing more lactic acid, cortisol, along with other things...

Personally speaking, once I get going - it's hard to stop. How much time do you spend working out?

Bout a hour and then 15 to 30 mins of cardio just depends on what my schedule is like that day
I think any more than that you are wasting your time or standing around talking alot
 
I'm there roughly 2 hours depending on the workout but that is including abs when I do them and cardio. I think anything over that is pointless in fact I think 30 to 45 minutes of actual lifting is more than enough. I dislike having a partner because if they on the phone or taking to long I will cut them off and do my shit without them

I usually spend an hour or so. Thats including warm up and stretching. 30 mins of cardio after my weights if i'm up for it.
 
I'm new here but bodybuilding is not foreign to me. Usually about 2 hours exercises per day including warm up. But I must admit that it is in the normal working day....
 
I think its up to you that how much you can waste your time in gym because if you want to be a body builder then i think maximum 1 hour is useful.
