Well your pretty right! I had been on methadone for awhile and finally came off almost a year ago.I have been having lost of energy and low libido, I finally got my blood work done and my test was low, Im 5'7 and started at 150lbs, I'm 175 now,, imtake arimidex ,....I jumped straight into getting the meals in I need to make gains, I wasn't eating right at all,...that's the reason I was asking how much is to much at once to put on.I don't want it to be to unhealthy..thx for the repliesAre you using any estrogen control or just holding Water like a balloon. Unless you were severely underweight and suddenly jumped to a super high cal I'iet or just came off meth that is too much weight gain. Like stated, not quality mass being gained.
the fuck you eatin, PlumpyNut 10x a day?
25lbs in 3 weeks sounds borderline impossible to me, but lets assume its legit. There is no way you are gaining lean mass/muscle that quickly. It

Then yeah you can do that , I did the same. Got off drugs got into working out also gained abt 20-25 lbs on my first cycle but it wasn't as quick as you, I gained for about the first 5-6 weeks steadily and then hovered around that spotWell your pretty right! In the mourning I drink 6or 7 egg whites with 3packs oatmeal in 1scoop of whey,,..Hey man ride the wave... use this initial burst of weight and keep pushing through and lifting harder and heavier.
Obviously it all isn't muscle, but I really doubt all (if any) is fat too.
Like @tattedlegend, I too blue up around 20lbs in the first few weeks of my first cycle... I think a lot of it was due to water and glycogen stored in my muscles. Don't expect to gain much more than 10lbs for the remainder of the cycle though.
But also I'm curious as to what your diet is too
I drink 6egg yolks and 3packs of oatmeal with a scoop of whey innthe mourning, a chicken breast with brown rice and broc...around 9:00am..th3n 12:00 ill eat some pasta with bake potatoe and will drink some whey until my next meal..which is at 3:00pm..ill eat chicken with rice again with a banana usually,, then at 6 ill have flank steak with sweet potatoe,,, I work out 2 hrs later and drink 6eggyolks with 3packs of oatmeal with a sweet potatoe peanutbutter and whey mixed,,, and and ill eat oatmeal and strawberries before bed.....I drink bcaas all day..that's pretty much it..ill switch up tje meats occasionally with turkey...Hey man ride the wave... use this initial burst of weight and keep pushing through and lifting harder and heavier.

dude look up TDEE- total daily energy expenditure and macros and give us your diet in terms of calories and macros. That shit you said means nothing really. You want a 500 surplus at the very most.In the mourning I drink 6or 7 egg whites with 3packs oatmeal in 1scoop of whey,,..

This is not true. Your diet looks good and your certainly in a surpluse, your gaining like crazy. If it's not broken why try and fix it. Sure a 500 calorie surplus is normally the recommendation but 1. He is on cycle and 2. When someone is going for an aggressive bulk or trying to gain a lot of weight more than 500 calorie surplus can be utilized, a 500 cal surplus = approximately 1lb of LBM per week (1lb of muscle approx 2500 cal). Using a higher surplus will help you gain faster, just means you also might gain a little more BF in the process, but being on cycle he can utilize more than just a 500cal surplus without adding crazy body fatdude look up TDEE- total daily energy expenditure and macros and give us your diet in terms of calories and macros. Can you site the source for this please. I'm just going of previous research, and I've seen both numbers, some claiming 600-700 cal in a lb of muscle, some say 1500-1700, others are saying 2500.A 500cal daily surplus doesn't come out to approximately 1lb of LBM a week and a pound of muscle is ~700 calories not 2500

If you think there are 448 grams to a lb, if each gram in muscle was protein, that would be 448x4=1792. Granted some is water, but some is also fat. 700 seems so low. Regardless, it seems on average a 500 calorie surplus normally equates to about 1-2lb LBM gain per week in a perfect world.
Interesting read thanks for posting. So with this same method would it still be determined a pound of fat is 3500 calories ?How can some of the stored energy/calories in muscle be fat?
Incorrect, a 500cal daily surplus is typically associated with gaining 1lb of mass per week not LBM.
454.5g in a lb x 1.2cal = ~550 and some have estimated around 700.

"Fat has an energy content of 9.4 kcal/g and protein, 5.7 kcab/g. Assuming that fat tissue has 1 5 % as water, the stored energy of tissue fat is 8 kcal/g. Similarly, since lean tissue has an average protein content of 20%, it has a storage energy value of 1 .2 kcab/g. A hypothetical line can be constructed using the axes, cost of growth and increase in muscle mass expressed as a percentage of the increase in body weight. Thus if all the tissue laid down is fat tissue, the cost of growth would be 8 kcal/g and 0% of the increase in body weight would be due to new muscle tissue. Similarly, if all of the new tissue is muscle, the cost of growth would be 1 .2 kcal/g and 100% of the weight gain would be muscle tissue. Figure 2 shows this hypothetical line. It also shows that the experimentally obtained points relating cost of growth to tissue composition fall closely on the hypothetical line."
Yea all that counting is alil overwelming..at the momment I'm just trying to put size on and its coming fast..I've just heard its really bad on your heart..aslong as I'm not eating greasy foods and junk will it be ok to put on as much as possible?Didn't mean for all this math lol. My point was the dude was gaining way to fast no matter what.
No. You're gaining a ton of fat either way. Doesn't matter what you eat. You're simply gaining too fast.
