Have you tried R-ALA? I use it and magnesium, using both has helped me tremendously. I get cts issues even at very low doses 1-2IU. R-Ala has helped me.I'm already on it and it didn't help me at all

I'm on both and it's made no difference. Also using taurine and no help either.Have you tried R-ALA? I use it and magnesium, using both has helped me tremendously. I get cts issues even at very low doses 1-2IU. R-Ala has helped me.

Dang sorry to hear that man. Adding in R-ALA helped me a lot. I still have some cts issues but not nearly as pronounced. I hope you can get it sorted out. CTS sucks ass!I'm on both and it's made no difference. Also using taurine and no help either.

That really sucks as the exact stack worked for me. You could try dandelion root as a natural and fairly gentle diuretic to see if it’s water weight from hgh causing it.I'm on both and it's made no difference. Also using taurine and no help either.
I'm fine at 4IUs, but 5.5 is where I had issues. So I'll just stick at 4IUs.I'm having CT release surgery in a month. Sometimes HGH triggers underlying CTS that is just waiting for a reason to bubble to the surface and no ancillary is going to help.
Tried dandelion root too, no changeThat really sucks as the exact stack worked for me. You could try dandelion root as a natural and fairly gentle diuretic to see if it’s water weight from hgh causing it.
What dosage of reta are you running to be beetus proof?Never, as long as bloodwork is normal there's no reason to take a break. I use 6iu daily and up to 10iu for periods of time, but never below 6iu. Reta erases any FBG concerns no matter the dose of GH.
damn can i ask what gh were you using ? Also do you take any liver supplements?Let me remind you, before I ever touched GH my baseline IGF-1 was 84. At 4iu per day, my IGF-1 went up to around 762 with a Z-score of 7.3. I don’t remember the exact duration, but it was probably in the 2-3 month range. Nothing extra decided to grow, at least nothing noticeable. The only real side effect was a mild, annoying pressure in my head.
Realistically, for actual structural changes to happen, you’d need to sit at elevated IGF levels and a Z-score like that for years, not a few months. If you run GH in blocks like I do, roughly 6-7 months on and then 2-4 months off, in theory the risk should stay relatively low.
That said… it’s still theory. Biology doesn’t always follow logic, so the body always gets the final vote.

Not to jump your question to the person intended, but for me. I didn't get this benefit until 6mg and greater. What dosage of reta are you running to be beetus proof?
GH was Lob’s and it’s the same one I’m using now. 110iu kit with orange tops. I’ve also tried Q, SSA, Opti, and HYB, and honestly for me Lob is still number one out of all of them.damn can i ask what gh were you using ? Also do you take any liver supplements?
yeah sero is pricey ive always used genotropin.GH was Lob’s and it’s the same one I’m using now. 110iu kit with orange tops. I’ve also tried Q, SSA, Opti, and HYB, and honestly for me Lob is still number one out of all of them.
That said, I’m currently on a side quest hunting down Serostim. Mainly because I don’t need big GH doses, and if I’m going to stay low, I might as well go pharma grade and finally quiet that voice in my head saying “pharmacy is better than underground.” At 2iu per day, a 128iu Sero kit would last me around two months. Yes, it’s $600 to $700. Is it rational? Debatable. Am I probably still going to do it? Also yes.
As for liver support, it’s pretty simple. I only run NAC 600 mg and TUDCA 500 mg per day during cycles. Nothing fancy, just basic damage control.
