I agree. Wiping down the skin and vials takes 30 seconds tops.

I've seen some bros talk about using the same syringe for a month at a time, letting it soak in alcohol to sterilize it.

In the UK the nurses don't even swab anymore so if you've been wearing clothes on the injection area there's probably quite a few fibres being pushed in right? Im thinking when they take blood or you get a Covid shot in the delt

That’s not my recent experience. I was swabbed before my Covid shots. I’m also swabbed before bloods are taken. If you’re assuming they don’t swab based on your covid jabs, keep in mind a large % of those doing the shots were volunteers, not nurses.

I still shower before every injection. I swab I use a seperate draw needle. I do everything in my power to be clean, the rest Is up to the brewer an my immune system. Call me a puss.

Yeah fuck that. Syringes are how much? That sounds like a lot more work just so you can brag about how casual you are about it. Cool dude and I stop wiping when there's still a little bit of brown left then spray with lysol.

Proves my point, you can only protect yourself so much by keeping everything clean. What else can you do after that? If you still get abcess or infection, its your gear not your technique or hygiene anymore.

I've been running gear a few years now and I'm pretty sure I've never seen floaters, just bubbles.

I dont get y people would buy brown vials.

There was a source in the underground a few years back who had an entire batch with black floaters. Multiple members showing obvious floaters in vials. I know people who injected that stuff anyway and had zero problems. I would never do it, but the body is amazing.

To answer your first statement, no, it was an insane shit storm where almost everyone was told to deal with it. Some people were sent replacements, and even those had floaters. Guy went from 100 to 0 quick. Meso has it’s times here and there, lol.

Food for thought. plenty of cases where nurses/doctors will slam/hold a patient into to the wall/bed and inject through a pant leg to take down a psychiatric patient.

Mixed studies: Using insulin pen needles up to five times does not affect needle tip shape nor increase pain intensity. Not recommended.

Sometimes harm reduction gets taken to ridiculous extremes.

Anything other than germ-free bubble boy conditions with your gear hygiene = gangrene

Not where I’m from in south England. I’ve had about 10 blood draws or shots In the last few years. They specifically told me they don’t swab anymore

Im similar, iv been injecting for about 4 years now.

Mostly deep I'm eod, an the last 6 months 3 a day 1 deep Im with 25ga 1" for "gear"
And am and pm gh shots with a 30ga 1/2 sub q
I dont even bruise anymore.

Never had a infection ever, and havent even had post injection pain since I've been coming to meso 2 years or so, being I dont uses suspensions oil base or dhb or dumb shit. Like I mentioned I never oven noticed a floater.

I do always keep antibiotics on had just in case.

Probably a lot knowing me. Honestly canny remember checking vials for floaters (yeah I know careless).
I tend to just go with the UK labs that get the better reviews and just inject it. Back years , sort of before 2010. There were loads of thread across forums in the UK where folks said about floaters (mainly parts of the rubber stopper from the looks of the pics) and I think most of it was caused by using 21G or thicker needles for drawing up. Wildcat was always going to be the common one with their 20ml vials getting the stoppers pinned more. I always just got on with it.
You would think that now I am older I would check but my thinking now is although I still draw with a 21G , I swap to a 30G to inject with and canny see anything serious getting through. In fact a couple of times I am sure a bit of vial topper has blocked the needle mid injection as i could not for the life of me get all the amount in as it would stop dead.

What sites do you use beyond side delt, side thigh and glutes? I usually just do side thigh with a 25g one inch because I often get a lot of bleeding from shoulder shots. I move up and down the side thigh so three places on each side about 1.5 inch up or down between them. I hear of people doing lat shots, what volume can you put in there at what body weight bro ?
