That Ugl is extremly restric hier in brazil , just a feel persons have contact to buy from him . i dont have a contact of the person who makes , if i had i ask him how that process works , hier in the forum no one seems are able to help

I think anything you add would cause a greater risk for certain people that may react differently. Personally i think most people will choose safety first on this one. When it comes to cars and motorcycles i may not like someone elses custom idea but if they like it, awesome.
