TRYING TO GAIN SOME LEAN MASS.


Meal 1:

6 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal


Meal 2

1 Scoop Of Whey Protein/ Chicken Breast


Meal 3:

Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice


Meal 4: Pro/Fat 4
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies


Workout 5


Meal 5: PWO Nutrition 7

2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose


Meal 6: PPWO 8

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)


Meal 8: Before Bed 10

3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
( WHAT KINDA WHOLE FOODS COULD I REPLACE THE WHEY WITH?)
 
Hey bro I really like that diet. I might try that myself. It is clean. You should gain some good mass off that diet.
 
I personally think that will work great, you might consider throwing a few servings of whole wheat pasta in there before workout or around lunch...I did a diet almost exactly like that just added some ribose and creatine to it and put on a good 18 pounds in 8 weeks with huge gains in strength.

You might have added 18 pounds if you ate twice the amount of what the original person had posted. No way you did it on that little amount unless you started out at 95 pounds.
