How to cycle Clen

I plan to run liquid clen with my next cutter, I never used clen before but I hear the best way is to cycle it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, I plan to go 2 weeks of clen, then 2 weeks of ECA for a total of 16 weeks, is it safe to run clen longer then 2 weeks at a time, thanks for any info!
