how to dose igf-1 with HGH and slin

i am taking 4iu's of HGH and 10iu's humalog ED. how should i take a bottle of igf-1 with it.

You take 40mcg post workout, bi-lateraly in the muscle just worked... Take it with the insulin (you should also be taking insulin postworkout IM in the muscle just worked)... drink carbs 5 min after injection, then drink protien 15 min after carb intake, then make sure and eat another insulin specific meal about 1.25-1.5 hours after protien. 40mcg is 4 ticks on an insulin syringe (if your igf is suspended in 1ml of BA, if its two ml of BA then draw till you get to 8 ticks or 8iu on a U100 slin pin)

No prob brother, I just got done doing a 4 week cycle (which is the durration you should shoot for) of the stuff.. I did it with my PCT... I gained weight ... and durring pct... i got more shreded, vascular, stronger, and pumped than ive ever been... its so bomb.. i went and bought 3 more milligrams of it a few weeks ago ... i was also running 5iu of jino with it
