I've been all over the US Customs website and I can't figure out how to find out if a drug is legal or illegal to import from Mexico. Can anyone point me to an online resource?

well basically if you need a script to get it in the us, its gonna be illegal to import without one. There is a fine line that says you can import a three month supply, but i dont think id be the one to try it, declare what im importing and sit and hope it comes and i dont get busted. My rule of thumb, if its not OTC it probly illegal to import

I didnt see CLomid or Nolvadex on there...so I can still get them from Mexico without worry?

I've got no clue. Supposedly yes... but I'm making a list of the shit I want to buy and calling customs.

you are allowed to import up to 50 units of a prescription without a prescription as long as you declare it, but... it is illegal to posses a prescription medication without a prescription within the US.

They must be in their original container.

This does not apply to veteranary producst, only human grade. It is also up to the customs official on duty.

Nolva and Clomid are not Scheduled drugs, however, they do raise an eyebrow from the customs official because they are aware they are used in conjunction with anabolic steroids. You may be searched.

Good luck.

Im reffering to getting Nolva & clomid via mail. Like you said "it is illegal to posses a prescription medication without a prescription within the US."
But what penalty would one receive if caught having these (clomid nolva) mailed to you. Assuming you were searched and had no gear.

None. I live in Texas, and I ordered a couple of bottles of Cytomel from Thailand. When I got my package, it had been opened, and then resealed, then delivered. Apparently, my package was subject to a search, but the contents didnt offend the government, so they let it get delivered.

They will usually allow those through, however, they can be used as probable cause to get a search warrant, FYI.
Most of the time its no big deal, but just that once......
Just be careful bro.

Thanx..It's pathetic we've got to be sooo paranoid, the governmet wants to treat us like crack dealers dealing to children at a school, when we just want to look and feel better about our appearance or compete in something.
