How to lower D-dimer levels?

I did some blood tests and everything is fine and within normal range, but doesn't matter if I'm blasting or just TRT, my d-dimer levels always come out high, I'm concerned I might develop blood clots and issues related to clotting, is there a drug or a supplement that can lower that and is also safe to take long term?
I know about some drugs mainly anticoagulants, but not sure they are safe to take long term and potential issues with bleeding due to their use, and also rebound clotting in case of discontinuation.
Any advice on it?

I’ll also echo the others. Talk to your doc. See a specialist if needed. Be honest about what you’re using.

I think one of the first things a guy should figure out before getting into PEDs is finding a doctor that will practice harm reduction. A doc that, while maybe they won’t approve of your steroid/PED use, will at least help you to minimize the damage along the way. And slap you across the face (figuratively) once in a while if you start causing real damage.

Thanks guys for the advice, I will try to find a cooperative doctor, but I'm afraid the first thing he will say is discontinue TRT, even worse if it's steroids

This may be stereotypical. But I think some of the younger docs(probably male) may use it as a learning opportunity. To have a patientthat is fully honest and you can see the health markers would be interesting.

If you have high blood pressure (130/90 on average), you can ask your doctor for Losartan 50mg bid, combined with low dose ASA (dosed accordingly to your weight). Losartan is an ARB anti-hypertensive that lowers hematocrit in post kidney transplant erythrocytosis. TRT elevates hematocrit, thus thickening blood, which might be a precursor for elevated D-dimer.

How often do you donate blood?

That could work. It might also work to find one of those docs thats still jacked in his late 60s. They usually know what’s up.

I have normal blood pressure that tends to be low, I don't donate blood because my hematocrit, heboglobin and RBC are all within normal range, if I take a medication that lowers blood pressure I might lower it a bit too much, I also read that statins lower d-dimer but statins lower cholesterol as well and my cholesterol levels are also ok and LDL/HDL ratio too, the only option is an actual blood thinner like warfarin but I would want to avoid that.
