No crack Ozzy619 years ago was hit with a federal conspiracy charge, continuing a criminal enterprise charge, using a wireless devise in the commission of a federal investigation in order to avoid detection. They threw more charges than I can remember at me in hopes that I was stupid and would take a plea deal. I sat in the pen awaiting trail for 3 years. Well in the end They had absolutely no hard evidence an I was freed to go. They only wanted a witness and were willing to ruin my life to get it. Not only did they do that to me they also charged 20 more of my brothers. only to drop their charges too after they refused to cooperate. I was just trying to help him and anyone who may offer advise on how to. Would be considered a coconspirator and subject to the same charge and sentence. Also in todays world they treat all cases the same. From prescription ibuprophen to Heroin. Believe me when they say justice is blind. I would hate to see original poster ruin his life for a victim less crime. I'm no expert just had my share of trouble with the fuckin law.

Unfortunately, I believe you and your story. Not ad fucked as your story, but I've been there myself. As well as a few brothers. The law aims high, charges stick somewhere in the middle. Sounds like you got busted on some bullshit with a hero DA. I'm still fuck in the legal system because of a similar situation, however no prison time for me. I'll respect your opinion and understand where you're coming from.
