To Create my own 'Crypto' is just too much work for me. PERHAPS I can buy some ... but it won't be BC (it would be an off brand type). I could then convert it to BC.That's definitely not the best way. That's a barely acceptable way to avoid being banned by KYC shop.
A better way is to run through a mixer or decentralized exchange, but you have to be careful here since the government has classified mixing as money laundering in some instances.
The best way is to use a cold wallet. Cold means that incoming coins cannot be traced back to you or some smart contract mixer which may or may not guarantee anonymity.
To fund such wallet you need to mine directly into this wallet.
You could potentially fund a wallet from a mixer, but your transactions into the mixer can still get tracked

It's been (incorrectly) said that the genius of Bitcoin is that every transaction is completely untraceable. What if the truth is actually the opposite: the genius of Bitcoin is due to the fact that every transaction is entirely traceable in a public ledger?
Bitcoin may have the potential for anonymity. But it may also have the potential to help government monitor how people spend money.
There is at least one private company - Coin Validation - that want to make use of the public Bitcoin ledger to create a centralized tracking system linking real identities with associated Bitcoin...

Blockstream CEO Adam Back:
"Some of the exchanges and wallets are using tracing services, and [if there is a connection to illicit activity] up to four hops deep away from you, they will freeze your account."This threatens fungibility. Possible solutions are anonymity services like JoinMarket, Tumblebit and MimbleWimble
