Do you use Exodus to send BT to vendor...?
**Seems like you would loose quite a bit of Anonymity.

Bama... do you use Exodus on a Burner (cell or lap top)...which is best? There is no anonymity using bitcoin. You are only anonymous to the vendor. When you create your account to purchase bitcoin you provide a boatload of personal information. Then when you make a purchase the transaction creates an address viewable on the blockchain. If LE really wanted to they could trace the transaction back to you. There are some crypto such as Monero that is more anonymous and harder to trace but very few vendors accept it.
But at a minimum you can make their job harder by purchasing crypto then transferring it to your Wallet. Then only make purchases using your wallet. I use Kraken and Moon Pay to buy, then transfer to my Exodus wallet.

Thank you for reinforcing the facts in this thread.Use Monero to pay vendors who accept it, there are anonymous ways to buy crypto with Bisq for example as well, and anonymous wallets.
The Exodus app is simple to use. I do not use a burner of any kind. I buy with Kraken or MoonPay, transfer to my Exodus wallet, then pay vendors. When I first got started with crypto most exchanges would not allow transfers until 72 hours later, but now I’m able to buy then transfer within minutes.Bama... do you use Exodus on a Burner (cell or lap top)...which is best?
How difficult is it to navigate Exodus?
Not with hodlhodl, bisq or other non kyc means. When you create your account to purchase bitcoin you provide a boatload of personal information.

No... my question was 'Do you use Exodus on your cell phone... or Laptop (or desktop)?'tes.
Dude, you got about everything anyone you could give you in this thread. Good luck.No... my question was 'Do you use Exodus on your cell phone... or Laptop (or desktop)?'
IF its that easy, I'd use it on a Cell... easy to shut off and easy to store (off premises).
Let him answer the question Bro.Dude, you got about everything anyone you could give you in this thread. Good luck.
Yep. The MoonPay, Kraken, and Exodus apps are all on my phone.No... my question was 'Do you use Exodus on your cell phone... or Laptop (or desktop)?'

That's good... I was going to buy another disposable cheap LT. Then I thought a Cell would be better.Yep. The MoonPay, Kraken, and Exodus apps are all on my phone.
Why are you using 'Kraken' ... isn't it the same as Coinbase ?Yep. The MoonPay, Kraken, and Exodus apps are all on my phone.
They are two different cryptocurrency exchange platforms. Coinbase supports a higher number of cryptocurrencies. The fees are comparable between the two. But I’ve been with Kraken long enough I can purchase crypto, receive it immediately, and transfer to my wallet same day. No reason to switch now.Why are you using 'Kraken' ... isn't it the same as Coinbase ?
Even with transfers to a wallet, blockchain analysis can still trace funds. True anonymity requires extra steps like coin mixing or privacy coins! There is no anonymity using bitcoin. I also researched ways to remain anonymous in online transactions. Using custodial wallets with no KYC, such as Electrum, can help keep your identity confidential. Also, virtual credit cards and prepaid gift cards are great options for anonymous payments. During my research, I also came across this resource https://icasinoreviews.co.nz/deposit-1-get-20-casino-bonus/ which offers information on secure payment methods. Combining these tools with encrypted email services will improve your privacy when ordering.
