I'm buying this GHRP-2 (5mg) from a reputable source for research. Only problem is I don't know how to administer it when it arrives, here's what the specs says

Molecular Formula: C45H55N9O6
Molecular Weight: 817.97
Appearance: White Powder
Synonyms: GHRP-2 Acetate

How do I know how much powder is in a dose if its just filled and comes in a plastic bottle?

you're missing the point here, these are pretty simple questions that searching this forum (and google) will give you answers to.

to answer your question, it does not matter how much "water" you add, thats up to you and what concentration you would like
