I have good FSH and LH, but test is in the lower range (sperm is good and I am fertile). LH went slowly up over the year. What would you recommend to keep trying to increase testosterone? I understand it may take years or that is all what I get. But I would like to keep trying.
Its been 1 year from last testosterone. Used for 3-4 years (with breaks).
I did standard PCT and this is what I have after 8 months after PCT. Live is okay, but I would like to keep trying to get the numbers better. I am 43.
I train hard. I am in good shape. Just having high cortisol all the time (could be from training).
Total Testosterone (Siemens) 9 nmol/L (8.3-29)
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 20 nmol/L (11-71)
DHEAS 7 umol/L (3.0-10)
Calculated Free Testosterone 220.2 pmol/L (255.0-725.0)
FSH 4 UI/L (<7)
LH 2.6 UI/L (<7)
PROG 1 nmol/L (0.9-3.9)
E2(ATEL) <70 pmol/L (<150)
Prolactin 521 mIU/L(40-450)
Cortisol 748 nmol/L (120-620 nmol/L)
Any recommendations?
