Hey everyone, just finished my first competition over the weekend and was wondering what the best way to train is?? My strength is gone down a lot, but the pumps I'm getting are unreal (prob becasue there's some sugar in my body again!)!! I was thinkin along the line of doing German Volume Training and keeping the calories pretty high but clean. Just after coming off now as well so I have 4 weeks to try and get all my strength back before I start my next cycle.
Any suggestions on this?
Oh yeah, I came 4th (out of 8), so no trophy
but got invited back to the British Finals in November (NABBA) so it's not all bad! Need to put on as much mass as possible before November too so I'll be posting up my next cycle for some criticism/advice too!
