how to turn unpalatable things to tastable food

I'm on a no-cabs-and-fat-together diet and it's not working because I have lost appetite and I can't swallow my 4300 cal/D (it's a bulking diet but I'd like to check my bf...20.7%). I can't eat all these 300 g dry turkey meat, 300 g boiled rice, 300g boiled fish filet, 300g full pasta, all without any source or any fruit juice to drink.
Can anyone help me please ?
Are fruit so bad (they would help for meals with carbs) ?

When I write 300g it's for a meal, not a day. I try to get 9 meals a day, including liqide meals (protein powder + oatmeal)

Why do you say that ?
First I know how to cook, I have cooked gorgeous meals and I loved it, but it was gastronomic meals, not diet meal ;
second I spend already to much time cooking these meals and I can't do more.
 
put a little worstishire[spelling] sauce on your turkey. Also you can spice some of those foods up with some tobasco sauce. also try light soy sauce.
 
I suggest ditching the gimmick diet. I honestly don't think you'll see any better results following that crazy thing that you would monitoring your food intake and keeping your diet "clean".

Rice,pasta == carbs.
 
ya know i think chili powder has been making all my meat taste very good...actually i just stirfried with some water and added chili powder with chicken and veggiesand it was great and very moist.
 
what i do is cook in bulk. If u know how to cook thats great, just cook huge portions so u can store them for tommorrow or the next day.

Or just find yourself a bitch who can cook.

Preferably one who speaks minimal english, things are easier that way..
 
This is not a flame but at 21% bf, why the hell are you bulking???? Why not eat 1G protien per # of bodyweight and maybe half that again in each carbs(lowGI) and fat.

I agree that you shouldn't consume a high amount of fat AND carbs in the same meal but that doesn't mean that your meals have to taste bad. I don't get it!!

As far as your protien goes, maybe try grilling it. Hell, use charcoal briquetes to add that smokey flavor. Mmmm. Brown rice is a better choice IMO than white and can be swallowed without any creamed sauce on it. Maybe try yams or even baked potatoes with a little butter. Old fashioned oatmeal is a great carb source. Broccoli, carots and grean beans will work too. Fruit is alright but don't over eat it as it contains plenty of simple sugars.

it is possible but the problem is sugar. the flavour canbe replace but the insulin rolercoaster is harder to sort
