Howdy Meso,
Been lurking here a few months and figured it was finally time for an intro! My primary interests are: peptides, nootropics, GLP-1s, GH, sourcing, fitness and supplements.
I'm natural and am not a power lifter/body builder. I came to this space via my interest in nootropics, where my primary interest was to get off vyvanse and similar amphetamine based stims. However, the more I dove into the nootropic and peptide world, I kept coming back to the fundamentals: Diet, sleep, exercise, hormones, supplementing for deficiencies, etc.
After accomplishing my goals of dopamine/neuronal repair and getting off pharma stims, I wanted to push further and continue optimizing my health. My partner and I both had significant weight loss via GLP-1s over the the past 1.5 years, and are building back the lost muscle mass. But since we've gotten into peptides, we want to keep pushing further.
Tbh, I had never quite recovered from the pandemic transition to work from home life. Early in 2020, my partner and I had committed to a vegetarian lifestyle, and when the pandemic hit, and the sedentary lifestyle that came with it, my test levels tanked and I had a miserable next few years. Suffered a few injuries during the pandemic, (ankle 2x, knee surgery etc) and I've been working to reclaim my health since then.
Currently at my pre-pandemic weight and fitter than I've been in years. Test levels are above average in reference range but looking to boost further. Still working out at home, but looking to join a more lifing centric gym. I was a climber pre-pandemic and may rejoin a climbing gym. I've started eating more fish and eggs, and am a huge responder to L-Carnitine (injectable pre-workout, and ALCAR in the mornings/for work.) Super human blend (aminos) has been an absolute game changer! I finally have the motivation and drive to push harder in my workouts (and haven't felt this in YEARS.) I look forward to working out more than anything else right now, which is an incredible feeling!
Experienced with a broad array of peptides and just starting Ipa/Tesa to boost GH further. Here's a bit about my nootropic stack: I used Semax/Selank, 9-me-bc, Bromantane, Fasoracetam, for repair and to replace vyvanse. I phase in Tesofensine a few times a week. Though honestly, there's a lot of mornings where I feel totally fine on just Semax and aminos like ALCAR, L-Citrulline, etc. Also have extensive experience working with psychadelics in both therapeutic, and ceremonial contexts.
I could probably keep writing for ages, but this should suffice for now. Glad to be here!
