Hello Out There

I've been lurking for several months and have enjoyed reviewing and studying the wealth of knowledge available here. Thank you to those who put in countless hours sharing your years of experience with people like me. It has been a huge benefit!

A little about myself:

I'm 43, male and interested in improving my quality of life through exercise, better eating habits, along with the use of peptides, supplements and available medications.

-I'm 5'9" and currently weigh 158 lbs.
-Natural testosterone total - 896 ng/dL
-Natural testosterone free - 118.9 pg/mL
-Base IGF-1 - 142 ng/mL
-Z Score - 0.0

I began taking HGH, at 2iu/day, about 6 months ago and my sleep improved drastically within the first 2 weeks. I'm now seeing improvement on my metabolism and noticeably losing fat around my midsection. I checked my IGF-1 after 3 weeks and it had jumped to 481, with a Z score of 4.8. I dropped to 1iu/day and had my IGF-1 checked again 3 weeks later. At that time it was 328 with a Z score or 2.0. I decided to stick with this dose for the time being and plan on continuing a low dose of HGH from now on. I considered TRT, but after having my testosterone checked, I'm satisfied with my natural levels.

I have been in and out of the gym for 20 years, but the past 3 years I've gotten more serious about it and go 5-6 days a week. My time there is spent doing cardio for a least 15 min. and the remaining 45 min. on the weights.

I am truly intrigued by all the available information here and I'm eager to learn more everyday. I look forward to continuing my research and making new friendships along the way.
