Hi guys and girls hows it going!

Hope youre all well and enjoying your Sunday.

Just here introducing myself, hoping to learn as much as i can from everyone, and potentially making some friends along the way!

A little about me - I’m a 35 year old married father of 2 from London, and have been training since the age of 16.

Training wise, in the beginning my motivation was to be as wide as i was tall, being only 5ft6 and peaking at about aged 13

Unfortunately, ive taken everything under the sun, and done every training program too, but ive always half assed, and have the poor results to show for it.

I got all of the side effects without any of the benefits, because i was lazy, arrogant, and just a typical young idiot.

To this day, i am 5ft6, 73kg and about 20% bodyfat.

Ive always yo-yo’d with my weight, and ive become an expert at losing and gaining the same 20lbs over the last 10 years!

My best lifts at 1rm at present are
Bench 110kg
Squat 150kg
Deadlift 150kg

My cardio is poor, but im working on that!

My training goals are to get stronger, get to a more aesthetic bodyfat level, build some muscle, and have a decent cardiovascular system, essentially just improving performance all round.

Im currently following the Tactical Barbell training methology so if anyones familiar hit me up!

Also, ive just started TRT, im in my 3rd week so i am excited to start feeling human again after a good few years of dragging my heels!

If anyones got any good tips for maximising my diet, training, getting the most of being in TRT id be grateful, and i hope that at some point i can help others with my wealth of experience in doing all the wrong things for such a long time
