If I eat alot of food the evening before,

I read a long time ago, that most people have
between 5-20lbs of undigested matter, within their body...

My friend is little bigger than you,
and he is shredded but asks me why his stomach bloats alot..

I told him stop eating red meat 6 times a day and get the fiber...
Just buy the Psyllium fiber in capsules.. tablets.. whatever.. for oral use..
I just started, and I am shitting alot.. I was not regular before them..

I only take 10/day, and they are also good for cholesterol
 
i dont fuck with much red meat as im not loaded. or my diet would be steak, shrimp, prawns, and scallops 24 7.. but its mostly clean as fuck right now. lot of chicken. protien shakes. rice, pasta, wheat bread, yogurt, bannanas, oatmeal, eggs. thats mostly it. cant understand why my stomach pooches out when i eat, basically all the time unless i workout fasted, i feel like shit that way but look great when done.

BMESC I appreciate the kind word bro.. it only motivates me harder, as I am not anywhere close to what ill be happy with.. But when people see it ..it does give me that boost to know that the work does pay..

haha guess i never looked that hard at the top.. i dont use some of meso i guess. Looks like there are only a handful of albums, from you to BMesc, Pmac, Kilo, Dr scally. idk i guess all these threads are accessible , and ive done posted up a lot of skin on this and on my journal, but i feel like at least these threads when not bumped go to the bottom of some massive amount of pages. .. but the media section will always be right there off the bat. tell me is my train of thought way off?

Theres alot more to the new Meso than meets the eye at first . And Millard is continually adding new sections .

Some guys post pics , others are reluctant . I find the more you post pics the easier it becomes to post .

At my age I only got a few more years of posting pics before some youngster yells out "hey grandpa we dont wanna see your baggy ass arms & drooping pecs anymore !",lol ~Ogh
 
Hey tile I get super stomach bloat too. It's flat as hell in the morning but right after i eat it blows up on me. Once a week on my off day I'll eat like 2000 cal, a lot of it fruit/veggie and take the psyllium fiber MW was talkin about 3x that day. Seems like it helps for a day or two but always comes back. If I wanna look good at the pool or sum I'll just do protien shake and banana for break. My bloat is proportional to size of my diet. Lookin good tho

Its wierd HD23 .. i seem to be really regular. I shit like 2x a day usually. sometimes 3 bombs. However our symptoms are about identical. I hate the thought of Saturday , my rest day , being a defeciet day , cause its usually my cheat day.. I was thinking my water consumption was off. like i needed to pound water, and maybe take something for water bloat. hate the feeling. .. like you say if its swimming in the am.. a shake maybe some eggwhites..forgo the whole eggs, wheat bread, and oatmeal or my abs will act like a floating device ..lol
 
if i look at my father, who is approaching his 70s rapidly.. he is built similar.. and his gut is way bloated looking to the tenth degree. so i want to try to hold this at bay.. cause its not a good look.. especially how he let his go..
