How's this for a pct workout?

Just finished up a test/deca winter bulker. Wanting to cut some excess flab, and thought about this workout. Also have read that you should cut back a little while regaining your natural test production. So, i have been lifting every other day, doing a little cardio on off days. Trying to clean up the diet a little, but not reducing calories too much. Is this a good workout plan?

I'm not sure what's your question, but list your current stats, diet, routines, experience, ect. We need more information if your planning on any feedback.

The general idea is good, but as stated, more detail is needed. One comment I want to make though is that you should carry the new weight for a good amount of time. Let's say you add 20 lbs. over the winter. Your body needs time to realize that this mass is going to stay, and it must adapt its support system. If you simply start cutting, you will lose much more mass because your body is trying to get back to its old set point. You have to establish a new set point first.

The guys who make the fastest gains are those who slowly add mass for 2-3 years with no cutting. They establish higher set points to cut back from, thus your body is more likely to hold the weight.

My point was to lift every other day because the test levels are low and cortisol is high. I was thinking that at this time i should cut back on the frquency a bit. Still train hard but just not as many times a week. I am 5'10, 235lbs. 12% bf. I would like to get more cut but will try to keep the calories up for a bit to solidify these new gains.{ + 30lbs in past 8 months}. Bodyfat has stayed about the same.

Getting it together I see. Legs could use a little attention but otherwise not too shaby. The photo reminds me of a guy who posted a few months back.

Animal,
That other guy was prolly me. I posted before/after pics a few months ago. I really don't want to get any bigger at this point. JUst cut for the summers. Yeah, my legs are a little weak compared to my upper body but i'm working on it. I always have had big arms and small calves. Bad genetics, i geuss.

In my opinion, you have a lot of potential. Your stats are very similar to mine, but try to devote one day a week working your lower half. Then it would be so much for getting bigger. ;)

Animal,
I don't know how to take your last comment. Was that a slam? Let's see some pics of yourself for us to critique. Unless your ZRonnie Coleman i bet we could find some weakness......
