Nope, HST is kind of weird that way.
No NEED to bump up the weight, because the idea is to keep you anabolic with as little stress on the muscles as possible. See, just increasing the stress does the trick, and it's more important to do the SD for that reason. If you don't do the SD, you will not gain for the first 4 weeks. Trust me, I'm experienced now (grin).
It's like this, if you are stimulating growth, why change it. It won't stimulate more growth, just make you less susceptable to growth stimulation.
So the short answer is, keep it the same.
BUT, per some guys, and by my experience, you can bump it to 3 sets.
BUT DON'T SKIP 10 days minimum of SD!!!! I did, and regret it seriously.
I also changed mine a bit, and it helped, but probably only because I didn't do the SD. I upped my sets to 3 on the 10's, and 4 on the 5's. Then I got stronger (on AAS).
I was using HST to recover from two injuries, and it worked great. I'm all better.

I'd never heard of HST until now, and I'm very intrigued. I'm considering starting it now, while I'm recovering from a mass cycle. My question is how to combine HST and AAS, or if this is even a good idea. If I figure out a 15, 10, and 5 RM right before my cycle starts, these will obviously be way off after a couple of weeks on gear. Should I continuously recalculate approximate Max lifts and adjust acccordingly? Also is it a bad idea to just skip the 2 weeks of 15s while on gear?
