I thought I'd put on 1/4 inch but after taking arimidex found it was all water. I'm back down, so 3 weeks of HST, and no noticable gains in size.
After my workouts, I feel like I need to work out...
Anyone else have similar experiences? I'm wondering if I should go to 3 sets instead of 2 for my 8 exercises (right off the site). I'm on 750 sust, and feel like I'm not even working out. The tens are getting harder now that weight is finally getting up a little, but still, at the end, I think "did i just work out?" I'm used to being pretty tired, in the good way.
I will stick with this, but just wanted opinions about jumping to 3 sets. I was thinking of doing it the HST way. Monday, 2.5 sets, tues 2.8, and wed the full 3 sets. Then for my 5's definitely starting out with 3 sets, because a lot of guys on the HST site said they seem to lose size on the 5's. but that's my personal growth area, in the lower rep range (I must be more fast twitch).
